How To Make Tofayo?

Ingredients:
- 1 block of medium or firm tofu (medium for a lighter consistency, firm for a thicker spread)
- ¼ cup white vinegar

Note: If you don’t have a high-speed blender, you can use an immersion blender. Just be patient—it may take a little longer to break down the tofu.
